Hoppy Street is famous for Japanese-style drinking bar area in Asakusa! Hoppy is the name of Japanese beverage. It is almost non-alcoholic beer-flavored drink. Usually, people drink Hoppy with shochu which is a Japanese distilled beverage less than 45% alcohol. So that become an alcoholic beverage with unique taste!
This bar was opened in 1969. Its famous dish is stewed beef tendon which is flavored simply with sake and soy sauce. It tastes very good and goes well with Hoppy too!
